Some pre party decorating!

Sorry it's been a while been so busy with projects. Here is one if them :) 

It is a banner for my soon to be one year olds birthday! One picture per month. 

I cut the frames out of scrap book paper they all have a solid white back. 

The theme is butterflies so I got a package of 12x12 scrapbook paper cut it to 8x10. The hole is a little smaller than a 5x7. The pictures them selves are a 5x7. 

I got stickers that covered 0-12 months. I will add the 12 month picture from the party and put it up in her room after the party. 

Finished look. Now to punch 2 holes along the top and strip them up with tule. 

I added a butterfly curly spinner to the ends after it was hung up. 

Tada! :)

Mini vacation

Last week we spent 4.5 days in Georgia visiting my husbands family and friends, did a little sight seeing as well. It was a nice trip, although it is good to be back home. Traveling with little ones is never easy. I like to package outfits for the kids in zip lock bags marked with the day to make things a little easier.

We went to the world of coke and the Georgia aquarium if ever in the Atlanta area I highly recommend both. We had a blast at both. We also went to a Braves game, my first. His sister and mother watched the kids while we went out. Another plus to vacationing near family ;)

I have tons of posts in the works, new crafts, cooking, diy projects, birthday party stuff, and the bedroom posts from earlier this summer! I have lots of pictures and posts started I just need to find time to get everything finished and posted!
